Every driver submits a criminal-record certificate and meets all core ATD requirements: no unpaid fines, no penalty points, and a valid professional driver’s health certificate. Next comes a remote check, an interview and our own training. Throughout every ride we continuously monitor and analyse each driver’s performance. The psychological assessment is carried out by our psychologist using a specially developed methodology.
